Or how about Fawakh El Bahr, a Mixed Grill Seafood Platter of white fish, prawns, salmon and mussels? We tune in to tuna this month with dishes like Pan fried Marinated Fillet of Tuna with Green Mustard Cream Sauce served with Sautéed Sweet Beans, Broccoli and Boiled Potatoes. A lush melody of flavours. Equally good is Baked Fillet of Tuna Saku and Sautéed Shrimps with Dill Cream Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach. They’re terrific!

The Chicken is a special size of capon chicken, marinated and cooked with a regent secret recipe from generation to generation. Served with soft jasmine rice and special selection sauce 4 styles; soya sauce, chopped chili and ginger in soya sauce, ground ginger in sesame oil sauce, and black sweet soya sauce.
