“Montien Chicken Rice” is Singapore chicken rice style with scented, and mellow taste. Because of cookery that we use chicken oil cook until it tasty then cook with rice again. The Chicken is a special size of capon chicken, marinated and cooked with a regent secret recipe from generation to generation. Served with soft jasmine rice and special selection sauce 4 styles; soya sauce, chopped chili and ginger in soya sauce, ground ginger in sesame oil sauce, and black sweet soya sauce. Sweet, sour, salty and spicy all flavors to choose from.

The recipe of “Montien Chicken Rice” was created by exchanging chef between Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and Montien Hotel Bangkok. The chefs from Signapore have invented a special recipe for this chicken riec and Montien “Montien Chicken Rice” notoriety has grown along with the hotel for over 45 years and is now an establishment among locals and tourists alike.
