Healthy salmon heads the specials list this month, with Creamy Salmon Chowder garnished with crisp seaweed a sure-fire crowd pleaser. Others, among many, include Noodles with Deep-Fried Salmon Balls and Tomato Cream Sauce, and Black Pepper Salmon Baked in Paper with Fresh Thyme served with Green Asparagus Tips and Potatoes. We head to the desert sands and the charms of Beirut, Cairo and Marrakesh for a mouthwatering Middle Eastern Fish and Seafood Promotion this month. It's choc-full of items like Grilled Fish with a Cumin Spice Mix and Mint Yogurt Cream served on baked potatoes and tomato slices. Or how about Fawakh El Bahr, a Mixed Grill Seafood Platter of white fish, prawns, salmon and mussels? It’s delicious served with Middle Eastern Flavoured Saffron Rice, Roasted Pine Kernels and Ta'leya garlic and oil sauce. Yum!
