LA MER RESTAURANT MEDITERRANEAN Desert Charms We head to the desert sands and the charms of Beirut, Cairo and Marrakesh for a mouthwatering Middle Eastern Fish and Seafood Promotion this month. It's choc-full of items like Grilled Fish with a Cumin Spice Mix and Mint Yogurt Cream served on baked potatoes and tomato slices. Or how about Fawakh El Bahr, a Mixed Grill Seafood Platter of white fish, prawns, salmon and mussels? A lush melody of flavours. Equally good is Baked Fillet of Tuna Saku and Sautéed Shrimps with Dill Cream Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach. They’re terrific!

SAICHOL RESTAURANT Perfect Prawns River prawns are famous as some of Thailand’s best local produce, so it’s no surprise they’re wonderful with Thai food.
