Food Promotion on February 2013 at Montien Riverside Hotel

THE CAFÉ RESTAURANT

Mad For Duck

People are crazy for local duck; it’s just so tasty! And the French, of course, have some wonderful ways to show off its best qualities. Try Oven Baked Duck Breast with Orange and Red Wine Sauce served with Sautéed Penne and Market Vegetables, or Baked Stuffed Duck Breast with Prunes served with mashed Potatoes and Market Vegetables. It’s like a bistro beside the Seine.

SAICHOL RESTAURANT

Viva Vietnam

Every so often, the Sai-Chol chefs like to say hello to our friends from Vietnam with a few dishes to respect that splendid cuisine. Vietnamese Chicken Curry Served with Garlic French Bread, and Grilled Pork with Condiments and Rice Noodles are just two examples, full of life, full of flavour, cooked with love.

HARBOUR VIEW RESTAURANT

Delectable Crab

When crabs shed their shells each season, you can eat the whole thing. And, boy, are they good! Crispy Soft Shell Crab and Sautéed Penne with Spices and Herbs, and Soft Shell Crab Thermidor with Sautéed Potatoes are great recipes along classic European lines, and truly delectable. Add a glass of wine, the river view … what more could you want?

THE EMPEROR RESTAURANT

Prawn Pleasures

Everyone craves these prawns. Huge and succulent and sweet, they’re a real hit in recipes such as Baked River Prawns with Chinese Black Olives in Prawn Roe; Braised River Prawns Szechuan Style; and a host of other dishes on the Emperor’s traditionally comprehensive Chinese menu. Perfect pleasures…
