Terrific Tuna

We tune in to tuna this month with dishes like Pan fried Marinated Fillet of Tuna with Green Mustard Cream Sauce served with Sautéed Sweet Beans, Broccoli and Boiled Potatoes. A lush melody of flavours. Equally good is Baked Fillet of Tuna Saku and Sautéed Shrimps with Dill Cream Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach. They’re terrific!

Perfect Prawns

River prawns are famous as some of Thailand’s best local produce, so it’s no surprise they’re wonderful with Thai food. Among the top plates this month are Deep fried Marinated River Prawns served with Pomelo Salad, and Stir Fried River Prawns with Black Peppercorn and Fresh Herbs. Just perfect!

Fantastic Fillet

Top quality beef fillet is one of the great joys of dining, and we have some beautiful dishes on the specials in January. Ask your waiter to recommend a bottle of red wine and enjoy Grilled Fillet of Beef with Green Mustard Cream Sauce served with Gratined Potatoes and Vegetable Sticks; or Grilled Fillet of Beef with Fresh Mushroom Sauce. Both fantastic meals to enjoy beside the Chao Phraya River.

Sea Passions

Chinese chefs have an abiding passion for sea cucumbers, which, despite the name, are actually animals. They are believed to be rich in health properties, too, so eating dishes like Braised Sea Cucumber with Chinese Vegetables, and Sautéed Sea Cucumber with Mongolian sauce, not only provides a great meal, but might also improve your wellbeing.
